Challenge
Doo Connect was a brand-new startup aiming to disrupt the social trading space with a multi-platform experience for investors and trading masters. As a greenfield project, we faced several challenges. Building a multi-platform social trading app from scratch with a new team. No existing design system, workflows, or research framework. Needed a mobile-first approach for seamless web and native experiences.

Solution
Reorganized the design system and processes, workflows. Developed new wireframe and user-flow kits to clarify complex user journeys. Redesigned the research process to be data-driven, integrating usability testing, competitor analysis, and iterative improvements based on user feedback. Adopted a mobile-first strategy, optimizing the experience for all devices and platforms.
